Invasion of parasitic isopods in marine fishes

Comments In this study, large numbers of parasite infected marine fishes of known ages have provided the first strong evidence that cymothoid infections reduce the growth of fish hosts. The results also clearly illustrate the importance of incorporating the age of fish hosts in any assessment of parasite effects. Details on Page 93
