Isolation control strategy for emergency control

As one of the most effective strategies for emergency control, isolation control has been widely employed in various practical fields such as electrical power systems and epidemic control.Referring to the existing engineering methodologies,a general concept of isolation control is introduced in this paper based on system islanding.By using graph theory, the islanding problems of large system under emergency are discussed. And the necessary conditions of optional isolation strategy and feasible isolation strategy are proposed. Moreover, both optimal cost scheme and time primary scheme are proposed and employed in network worm outbreak control and power system splitting, respectively.
