Training Mode Exploration and Practice for Software Talents Based on CDIO Concept

In order to develop high quality software talents,meet the market demand for talent of software technology specialty,with the CDIO education philosophy as a guide,this paper focuses on how to further build students' professional ability,practical ability,professional competence,discussed with CDIO educational philosophy as a guide,the CDIO engineering education mode vocational software talents training mode reform and practice recommendations on building the working process of the curriculum,teaching contents modular design projects and the establishment of a diversified evaluation system,but also provides a new way of thinking for the vocational software training model.
