Case of

HIV or HHV-8, which had demonstrated massive ascites, and discussed a possibility of an additional subcategory. Our case had mild pleural and pericardial effusion and slight ascites at onset. The role of HCV might not be limited to intraperitoneal B-cell clonal expansion.
