Hierarchical Model of Enterprise Self-evaluation Method

This paper analyzes and compares the ISO9000: 2000 standard and quality reward model. The hierarchal model for enterprise self-evaluation method, similar to the theory of Maslow′s hierarchal need, is established. The model shows logic relation between enterprise self-evaluation methods,which complement each other.One oneside,the ISO9000 standard is the base and the PDCA circle reflects changes of enterprises′ operation.On the other side,by the quality reward norms,we can find the advantages of enterprises′ and keep improving.
