A new constant on-time control with ripple compensation and offset cancellation for buck converter

In this paper, a new constant on-time control with output capacitor equivalent series resistance (ESR) ripple compensation and offset cancellation for buck converter is presented. The proposed controller uses lossless capacitor current sensing circuit and an offset-cancellation circuit, which not only improves system stability, but also eliminates the output dc offset.
