Method and system for configuring din? Cally a telecommunications network.

A method for configuring a wireless telecommunications network adapted to operate according to at least one radio system, the network a plurality of base configurable radio (BS1, BS2, BSk) stations comprising, in each radio base station is adapted to managing one or more cells of said telecommunications network, and wherein each cell has corresponding available radio resources, the method comprising the steps of: - obtaining measurements of state of charge of the cell (300-335, 400-457) ; - dynamically configuring at least one of the cells by assigning thereto determined available radio resources depending on the measurements of the state of charge of the cell (500-520, 600-680, 700-758, 800-890, 900-970, 1000-1060, 1100-1170, 1200-1270, 1300-1350), said dynamic configuration comprises: - based on the measurements of the state of charge of the cell, determining at least one candidate radio resource to be allocated to the cell (700-758, 800-890, 900-970, 1000-1060, 1100-1170, 1200-1270); characterized in that said dynamic configuration further comprises: - before assigning the resource candidate radio cell, provide an impact on the network performance at the radio level potentially caused by the assignment candidate radio resource to the cell (700- 758, 800-890, 900-970, 1000-1060, 1100-1170, 1200-1270); and - in case the expected impact meets predetermined requirements, assign the radio resource candidate cell.
