MICROWAVE SOLID-STATE DEVICES AND CIRCUITS.

Abstract : The progress and state-of-the-art in the areas of microwave solid-state devices and circuits are presented. Treated specifically is the performance of most solid-state devices, both available and predicted. The microwave aspects of integrated circuits are examined tutorially and a number of examples presented. (Author)
