The Key Mechanism and Countermeasures to Carry out Training for Rural Technological Talents——Based on Survey of Rural Science and Technology Training Base in Wulanchabu City of Inner Mongolia

Rural science and technology personnel plays important role in the construction of technological service plat form.Case analysis on the training of rural technological talents of Wulanbucha City shows that,the key mechanism for successful implementation of education and training for rural technological talents including government coordination mechanism,market demand-oriented,trinity fusion mechanism of training,demonstration and industrial chain.In order to boost training for rural technological talents,the following measures can be taken: optimize external environment and exert the support function of government;form multi-channel investment mechanism and enlarge the scale of training;attach importance to entrepreneurship and service abilities;strengthen cooperation between higher education institutes and training bases.
