Community networks as next generation local network planning concept

For the successful introduction of multimedia information communication services, it is strongly required to realize much less expensive community networking. The proposed local network planning is based on connectionless connectivity as a community network environment to provide various multimedia services. Tariff must be a key issue as well as security management so that this new concept may be acceptable widely.
