An information service model of digital energy meter based on IEC 61850

IEC 61850 standard is uniformly a kind of international communication standard in the field of the substation automation system. The digital substation based on IEC 61850 is an inevitable trend. In order to realize the unification of the whole substation data exchange ways, in this paper, an information service model of digital energy meter will be abstracted in the light of IEC 61850 and is described with substation configuration language (SCL).
