태권도지도자의 지각된 멘토링기능과 조직몰입의 관계에서 조직신뢰의 매개효과

The purpose of this study is identifying the relation between organizational commitment and trust on organization of Taekwondo instructor dependent on the mentoring by the director of Taekwondo studio. The study objects of this study are the instructors in Taekwondo studios located in Seoul Metropolis and Gyeonggi-do, whose career is more than one year. The survey investigation method of this study is convenience sampling method among probability sampling methods. The author and two research assistants did questionnaire survey on 500 Taekwondo instructors who attended Youth OO Seminar on September 4th 2011, Go OO Seminar on August 7th 2011 and OO Seminar held by Kukkiwon (World Taekwondo Headquarters) and OO Taekwondo Association in 2012. Answers which are judged not usable for this study being not sincere enough or answered twice were excluded and remaining 455 answers were analyzed. SPSS 18.0 statistics program was used for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and three-step regression analysis. Following conclusion was drawn by this study. First, regarding the impact of mentoring factor on emotional commitment, the trust on organization was proved to have partial mediation effect. Second, regarding the impact of mentoring factor on continuous commitment, the trust on organization was proved to have partial mediation effect.
