Method for cracking down on speeding and communication terminal using the same

PURPOSE: An over-speed regulation method and a communication terminal device using the same are provided to effectively regulate over-speed regardless of weather or brightness by regulating over-speed while wirelessly communicating with a base station. CONSTITUTION: Limit speed is received from a base station through wireless communication(S220). Vehicle information is transmitted to the base station through wireless communication.
