TRIZ Theory and Students' Innovative Ability Cultivation

Talent training is the key of strengthening self-directed innovation and constructing innovative country.According to the current state of Chinese higher education,we introduced TRIZ theory to teaching,built innovative TRIZ theory teacher team,established the TRIZ theory teaching web site,teached the TRIZ theory by stereo teaching mode.Built the practical teaching platform for TRIZ theory on campus and off,applied the TRIZ theory in the course of curriculum and graduation design,guided the students to take part in various innovative design competition using the TRIZ theory.Encouraged the students to apply scientific research items by the TRIZ theory,through the teaching and application for TRIZ theory,developed the students creation potential,cultivated the students scientific thinking habit,improved students comprehensive quality.
