Organizational development is a strategy to increase organizational effectiveness by identifying planned changes, long term, taking into account both the human and technical resources of an organization. The aim is to improve the efficiency and health organization capacity to cope with environmental changes, improve internal relationships and to increase the capacity to solve problems. Basic features of organizational development are: Illustrate the problems of employment staffing for the organization Discuss the role of human resources and its relationship at the organizational level. Assess the results of research on job interview. Describe how to develop for successful strategies Train, coach and supervise the employee Implement performance objectives along with the crue exsiting in the organisation. Discuss the issues that apperas within the organisation. Organizational development process focused on its own strengths also of its employees ensure the achievement of performance in the organization that operates. The objectives of the proposed course are 1. Formulation of vision centered on success (appreciative) 2. Positive communication in organization 3. Organizing teamwork performance 4. During this course students will learn basic elements of appreciative inquiry, appreciative methods, appreciative management, organizational development based on strengths.
