QPQ Technics and its Application on Radar

The paper analyzed the characters of radar driver system,and presented a new technics-QPQ process.It was introduced comprehensively the concept and characters of QPQ(Quench-Polish-Quench) process,such as low frictional parameter,excellent anti-corrosion,low abrasion under repeated loading,high stiffness and low deformation during the process.At last its practice on radar was given in three points: increasing use life,improving anti-corrosion,and application in precision parts.An innovative process was proposed based on QPQ technique.
