VRML and Its Application on Electrical-drive Armored Vehicle Virtual Experimentation

Based on the C++/OpenGL technology, traditional virtual reality systems have a higher requirement for the hardware and go against transmission on Internet. There are lots of operation and poor real time performance when C++ is called and interpreted in MATLAB. Combined with the VRML virtual reality technology and the MATLAB simulation technology, a design of virtual experiment is presented and an exchange method of the data between simulation model and virtual scene is introduced in this paper. VRML scene is verisimilar, and running is reliable, which effectively resolves the Real-time problem of dynamic simulation and satisfies the demand of electrical-drive armored vehicle virtual experimentation. The design provides an effective method for the visualization simulation in MATLAB.
