DIFFERENCES IN RESPONSE RATES USING MOST RECENT VERSUS FINAL DISPOSITIONS IN TELEPHONE SURVEYS

Cet article se penche sur la codification des differentes modalites de non-reponses a une enquete par telephone. En effet, le taux de non-reponses depend largement des dispositions exprimees a ce stade de l'enquete (refus poli susceptible de rappels, absence totale de reponse etc.). C'est ainsi que l'attitude la plus recente peut differer de la disposition finale choisie par l'operateur au moment de son operation de codage. Cet article propose de comparer la disposition la plus recente avec la disposition finale a partir de multiples cas pouvant donner lieu a des non-reponses
