Study on Economic Benefit Evaluation Model of Energy-efficient Power Plant Projects with High Energy Consumption Users

With the rapid development of China’s economy, pressures such as resource shortages and environmental damage are increasing, and power saving has become an important task for the power industry. In order to visually demonstrate the economic benefits of energy efficient power plant projects for high energy consumption users and encourage high energy consumption users to implement power demand side energy resource management, this paper takes efficiency power plant projects as the main research object, and uses the combination of TOPSIS optimization method and grey correlation degree to construct a new judgment standard for the scheme to be evaluated, and establishes economic indicators on four aspects: node benefit, investment benefit, economic benefit and emission reduction benefit to conduct comprehensive benefit evaluation of power demand side energy efficiency resource development. Then, through the demonstration project of power demand side energy efficiency resources in a certain area, the above methods are verified and analyzed, and the benefit evaluation results and improvement plans are obtained. The final conclusion provides guidance and advice for high energy consumption users to implement efficiency power plant projects.
