A BiCMOS automatic gain control amplifier for SONET OC-3
暂无分享,去创建一个
This paper proposes a SONET OC-3 automatic gain control (AGC) amplifier implemented in double-poly-double-metal 1.0 /spl mu/m BiCMOS technology. The amplifier contains variable gain amplifier, low pass filter and peak detector circuits. It yields an input dynamic range of 26 dB and provides a constant output of 1 V p-p at 50 ohm load. The power consumption is 180 mW from a single 5 V supply.
