Status and conversion of neutral grounding model in distribution network in Changsha

This paper analyzed the neural grounding system with perterson coil in 10 kV distribution network in Changsha.The shortcomings of existing neural grounding system are analyzed,and the retrofitting scheme of the grounded system for 10 kV distribution networks in Changsha is proposed.The heavy loaded substations near to load center are to be retrofitted to ground with small resistance,and the suburb substation will be reserved unchanged.
