A system for monitoring and control of medical procedures, the system comprising: a processor configured to display (S1001) fluorescent labels (451, 452) in at least one of a body (111) under surgery and a surgical tool (110) device; visual light source (104); a source of fluorescent light (102) corresponding to a wavelength excitation of the fluorescent markers; an element of image acquisition and control (106) configured to: control the source of visual light and fluorescent light source, and capture (S1003) and digitized visual images and the resulting fluorescent images; and a tracking module based on image (107) configured to apply (S1004) image processing visual and fluorescent images in order to: detect fluorescent markers in at least one organ and the surgical tool, and further (S1005 ) the coordinates of these markers in real time.
