Influence of Load Resistance on Time Constants of Laser-Induced Thermoelectric Voltage Signal in - and - Thin Films

and - thin films, both the rise-time and decay time are increasing linearly with the total parallel-connected resistance of the load and the film. To obtain fast laser-induced thermoelectric voltage signal, smaller load should be connected in parallel with he film. , laser-induced thermoelectric voltage, load resistance, thin film, time constant, - .
