Design of PID Temperature Control System Based on LabVIEW

According to the requirements of the pharmaceutical engineering,the range of temperature control and accuracy,the resistance furnace temperature control system is designed by using the LabVIEW.The system is hoped to have a good interactive interface,while achieving the stability of the control object,high-precision control.In this system,the NI USB6009 is used to acquire temperature signal,then the PC will filter the signal through the graphic programming after receiving the digital signal converted by the capture card.The PID tools of LabVIEW include core software algorithm,then the system can collect and analyze the signals real-time and control the actuator properly.After several experiments,results show the system has used the classic PID parameter tuning methods,temperature range of 100℃~400℃,the temperature control accuracy of ±1℃.Therefore,the control aim is achieved as the expected.
