Design of Express Standards System under the Circumstances of E-commerce

This paper points out the necessity of consummating our express industry standards and constructing the standard system in e-commerce environment,proposes standard system of express industry in e-commerce environment based on basis,information,technology and management to regulate the behavior of E-commerce participants,improve technical level, management level and service level of express company,It offers suggestions for establishment and implementation of express standards.
