This paper describes a distributed service architecture that enables the delivery of building design services over the Internet. With this architecture, it is possible to rapidly deploy various services, both new and legacy applications, that can be easily accessed via the Internet. As examples of services, the prototype implements a toplevel brokering service, a project manager service with a companion CAD package service, and a set of disabled building code analysis services.
