Verb-Noun Directory for Telecommunications Services Look-up

We proposed a 5-dimension verb-noun structure for service description and lookup, with the aim to improve existing service description standards and flexibility of service matchmaking. We looked at how this approach could add value to the current telecommunications service ordering process
