The study of Nand Flash write equilibrium in embedded system

Owing to the defects that the Nand Flash must be erased before writing and the service life of it is limited , we need to manage the store block proportionally in order to improve the service life of Nand Flash .This paper studies the ZLG/FFS and de-signs a new FFS characterized by no need of wiping out the whole store block while adding extra file contents to the file end on the basis of the insufficiency of the ZLG/FFS.
