Complete hydatidiform mole and coexisting healthy twin: A rare case of a benign form

Complete hydatidiform mole and coexinsting healthy twin (CMHT)with normal karyotype, stable clinical course, normal laboratory findings and low initial serum beta-hcg levels may be managed conservatively. The decision to continue pregnancy would have been easier if prenatal genotyping had confirmed homozigosity.
