Sludge treatment and activation kettle

The invention relates to a sludge treatment and activation kettle which is characterized by comprising a kettle body and a motor, wherein the output end of the motor is connected with a mainshaft; the mainshaft is penetratively arranged in the kettle body; a stirrer is arranged on the mainshaft; a connection part between the mainshaft and the kettle body is provided with a shaft seal; the top of the kettle body is provided with a feeding port, an additive port and a pressure meter port; the bottom of the kettle body is provided with a discharge port; and a heating and heat preserving sleeve is arranged outside the kettle body. The stirrer can be arranged into two layers around the mainshaft in a mode of being large outside and small inside and also can be wound at the outer side of the mainshaft in a double-spiral manner. A heating medium of the heating and heat preserving sleeve can be one of electricity, oil and steam. The shaft seal is a combination of a mechanical seal and a magnetic seal or a combination of a filter seal and a magnetic seal. After reacted in the activation kettle, stabilized lignocelluloses can be softened and decomposed with high speed, the water absorbability, the water retention capacity and the air permeability of high-speed compost can be improved, and the adsorbability and the ion exchange capability of nutriments (N, P,K) in the compost can be improved.
