Identification of the novel HLA-DQA1*05:75 allele by next-generation sequencing in a Korean cord blood donor.

HLA-DQA1*05:75 differs from DQA1*05:05:01:01 by a single substitution at nucleotide 701 (G/A) in exon 4.
