Analysis of practical remote metering system

This paper presents an economical and practical program of remote metering system based on communication with RS485 and MOXA server. It points out the technical characteristics of the system and also shows an actual application in regional power network. The system has preferable reference to construct power data reading system in other area when constructing metering system.
