A torque converter consists of the hydrodynamic clutch device and the lock-up clutch device and the piston element is the name of the lock-up clutch. To improve operation capacity, when designed this element optimally, it is needed a control of the precise flatness respect to the piston. Therefore, in case of using a Coining method of construction to the piston, the optimum design was performed to insure durability through the structural analysis of it.
