Support Technique Intensifying Soft Broken Roadway with High Ground Stress

To solve the problem of long-time and large-deformation of soft broken roadway with high ground stress,we put forward an enhanced control system characterized by high presress,high-strength,and high stiffness for soft roadway according to complex geological conditions and varible affecting factors.This system includes three intensifications: the bearing performance of bolt,strength of surrounding rocks,and bearing structure of surrounding rocks.The system organically combines the ultra-intenified bolt with the anchor spraying technology,the lag grouting,the improvement of U-shaped steel,and improved wall filling technology.We also simulated the surrounding rock deformation in different grouting depths and under the different stress levels of surrounding rock and compared the deformation and failure of roadways using different support systems,which can provide a reference for in-situ construction and for key position supporting.
