Study on the Application of Vector-dynamic Spectrum in the Rotary Machinery Fault Diagnosis

The vector-dynamic spectrum based on the rotor dynamic theory was proposed combining the vector spectrum,which satisfies the vector spectrum for being advanced for describing the high frequency components of the vibration signals.So it offers an effective method for early catching the high frequency rotor faults.The theory was derived and the effection was tested and verified in the plane and spatial aspects by the experiments.It is concluded that the vector-dynamic spectrum can keep the superiority of displacement signal and it is much more sensitive to the change of high frequency components,diagnosising fault and avoiding the higher-harmonic resonance vibration important harm accident effectively occurrence.It provides an important analyzing basis for studying the rotor many-faceted faults later.
