A fabricating method of the setter includes a first heating process for heating a non-crystalline glass material setter at 700 to 780 degrees centigrade, a second heating process for heating the non-crystalline glass material setter at 1000 to 1100 degrees centigrade, and a cooling process for cooling the heated non-crystalline glass material setter.
