Maze-solving with a memristive grid of charge-controlled memristors

Memristive grids have been recently used as emerging analogue processors in various fields of application. This paper introduces a memristive grid for maze-solving applications. A specially suited fully symbolic charge-controlled model for the memristor has been developed. Electrical simulation is used due to the fact that the model has been recast in a VERILOG-A module. The memristive grid is able to handle mazes with single and multiple solutions.
