Multiple-padder tension control device for textiles

The utility model relates to a multiple-padder tension control device for textiles, wherein a tension sensor acts on the textile between two neighboring padders; a controller is in signal connection with the sensor; the controller is electrically connected with a variable-speed drive motor of one or two padders; and the sensor is an ultrasonic sensor (4) vertically mounted above a horizontally-transferred textile (1). By adopting the ultrasonic sensor not contacted with the textile, the tension on the textile between the two padders can be measured according to the method for measuring the deflection of the textile, and if the deflection of the textile under zero tension is taken as a standard value and stored in the controller, the rotating speed of the padder can be controlled so as to enable the textile to be under zero tension. Compared with the prior art, the tension control device is applied to multiple padders, is suitable for the cloths made of any fibers and provided with any structures as the tension sensor is not in mutual influence with the tension acted on the cloth, and can completely overcome the problem that the textile is subject to stretching.
