Remote counter for lightning arrester

The invention discloses a remote counter for a lightning arrester, which comprises a zinc oxide resistance sheet for protection, a sampling resistor, a rectifying circuit, a voltage division circuit, an electrical-to-optical conversion module, a transmission fiber, an optical-to-electrical conversion module and a receiving integrated system. Action signals (comprising action time and times) of the lightning arrester are transmitted to a far end through the fiber and is integrated into a computer to automatically realize lightning stroke counting without power supply and adjust lower limit action current as required.
