Necessity of application of fuzzy neural network in detecting conveyer belt fire

The current state of conveyor belt fire and harm caused by the fire are discussed in this paper.The principles of fuzzy neural network in detecting conveyor belt fire are told.The experiment result of simulating shows that it is necessary to use fuzzy neural network algorithm to process conveyer belt fire signal since using this method will advance the time of alarm and enhance the sensitivity and reliability enormously.
