Optimal visiting tour scheduling for Mobile Data Gathering in UWSN

In UWSN, during data gathering and scheduling, there may be buffer overflow and delay related issues. In this paper, we propose to design an Optimal Visiting Tour Scheduling for Mobile Data Gathering in UWSN. Initially, formation of cluster is performed and selection of cluster head is done. After that, the courier nodes are deployed into the clusters for collecting the aggregated data from the CH. The visiting tour of each courier node is scheduled based on the Decisional Welzl's algorithm. By simulation results, it is exhibit that the proposed technique minimizes the buffer overflow, energy disbursement, and delay.
