Adenovirus-induced crystals: studies with temperature-sensitive mutants.

Summary Cells infected with temperature-sensitive mutants of adenovirus type 5 have been studied by electron microscopy. The results indicate a relationship between the formation of intranuclear crystals and the expression of adenovirus fibre antigen.
