System for realtime remote diagnosing underground power distribution line

The present invention relates to a real time remote diagnosis system for an underground power distribution line. The system comprises: a power line communication device installed on a power service line of a consumer, a ground bank, a ground switch, and a manhole junction; and a management server receiving state information of an underground power distribution line, transmitted from the power line communication device, through power line communication (PLC). Therefore, the present invention is capable of remotely diagnosing the disconnection, stolen current amount, power usage, overcurrent amount, leaked current amount, and current amount of the underground power distribution line based on the state information. Moreover, the present invention is capable of remotely diagnosing electric accidents by the disconnection, stolen current, power usage, overcurrent, and leaked current of the underground power distribution line by including the power communication device in the power service line of the consumer, the ground bank, the ground switch, and the manhole junction, and allowing a divisional manager to quickly check and maintain the underground power distribution line by receiving the state information (or processing information) of the underground power distribution line through a portable information terminal. Moreover, after measuring the temperature of the underground power distribute line, if the measured temperature is not less than a first set temperature, a cooling substance to cool the underground power distribution line is sprayed, and if the measured temperature is not less than a second set temperature, a fire extinguishing chemical to extinguish a fire is sprayed, and therefore, when a fire breaks out in the underground power distribution line or underground power distribution line is overheated, the present invention immediately cools the line or extinguishes the fire to keep safe the underground power distribution line.
