DVD TILT 부의 소음문제해결을 위한 ARIZ 적용

Inventive problem solving competency of enterprises became essential as competition increased. It is possible to clarify such complicated problems to specify minimum problem and apply basic tools of ARIZ. This research has attempted to apply inventive problem solving theory TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem solving) to solve the problems of noise in TILT section of DVD. This paper has attempted research and applied methodology of systematic concept design in problem solving and found solutions in smooth operations of TILT section without any noise by integrating the methodologies of TRIZ that is based on the problem solving algorithm ARIZ-85C. In edition, reduction in manufacturing process and raw-material costs were acquired through removal of conflicting factors in TILT sections during the process of concept design and simplifying the system.
