This dissertation provides data related to data warehouse implementation experience, which was collected from Canadian financial institutions. A survey questionnaire used in previous research conducted in educational institutions in the United States was used in this study. A conclusion was made that organizational factors as well as some technical factors such as data quality, data availability, plus adequate skills and expertise have a perceived influence on the success of a data warehouse implementation. This finding expands findings from previous, similar research to institutions in other vertical lines of business.
