Notes on Coprophilous Myxomycetes from the Western United States

Twenty-six known species of coprophilous Myxomycetes were collected in the western United States. One additional species is described as new to science. Seven species are considered rare and/or represent new state records. The material cited was deposited in the Herbarium of California State University, Chico (C), the Herbarium of the University of California at Berkeley (UC), or the private herbarium of either D. T. Kowalski (DTK) or K. D. Whitney (KDW).
