The invention relates to a camera-shooting scanning positioning device of an X-ray digital flat panel imaging detecting system, consisting of an X-axis horizontal movement traveling mechanism, a fixed connecting frame, a Y-axis longitudinal guiding moving mechanism, an overlook scanning camera, a Z-axis lifting guiding moving mechanism and a side-looking scanning camera; by utilizing a method of line-by-line scanning by cameras, the camera-shooting scanning positioning device overcomes the defect that the conventional sensor is not accurate in positioning so as not to realize the wide area, and also overcomes the defect that the positioning is not accurate due to image distortion when a single or multipoint camera performs wide angle imaging, and has the advantages of good wide spatial dimension, high automation degree, high positioning precision for shooting a workpiece and the like. By the sequential coordination of all mechanisms in XYZ axes, the camera-shooting scanning positioning device can perform continuous line-by-line scanning shooting on a global environment in the overlook direction and the side-looking direction of a whole detection room so as to generate a location information coordinate graph of the workpiece in the detection room and provide the digital location information for next programmed intelligent X-ray detection.
