The utility model discloses a three-dimensional ocean current sensor capable of measuring upwelling. A horizontal force measuring unit and a vertical force measuring unit are arranged with a cylindrical housing as the main support. The horizontal force measuring unit comprises a spherical shell, a connecting rod, a disk-shaped central station and four horizontal measurement elastic beams, wherein the spherical shell is arranged above the housing, the upper end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the spherical shell and the lower end of the connecting end extends into the cavity of the housing to be fixedly connected with the central station, the four horizontal measurement elastic beams are disposed in the same plane and are arranged in a cross shape, the two ends of each horizontal measurement elastic beam are fixedly connected with the periphery of the central station and the inner wall of the housing respectively, and the upper and lower surfaces of each horizontal measurement elastic beam are respectively equipped with a first strain gauge. The vertical force measuring unit comprises two horizontally arranged disks and two vertical force amplification mechanisms. The two disks are fixedly connected to the front ends of overhanging arms of the two vertical force amplification mechanisms respectively and are symmetrically disposed on the two outer sides of the housing. The vertical force amplification mechanism in the housing is provided with a second strain gauge acquiring the force applied on the disks.
