Bacteriology of Otitis Media in Ghana

Les germes identifies sont strep-pyogenes (25,5%). Ps. aeruginosa (18,5%) step. aureus (94%). Corynebacterium (12%). Coliformes (11%), Proteus (7%), Staph. epidermides (7%) Strept pyogenes (non groupe A de Cancsfield) (5%). La penicilline est le traitement d'election a moins que des bacillus gram-negatifs comme Pseudomonas soient cultives
