Receive signal processor AD6634 and its application in software defined radio

AD6634 is a wideband and programmable receive signal processor IC with four channels. Its internal construction and its basic functions are introduced. A programmable and universal IF software radio architecture based on AD6634 is given in this paper. The guide to select AD converter, FIFO and DSP are in detail discussed. The considerations for important parameter settings of AD6634 are also discussed.
